About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

My GP surgery arranges transport for me to enable me to get to hospital appointments.

I have been using the ambulance service over the years and am very pleased with it. The staff see me into the department and then come and collect me when my appointment is over.
