The service was fantastic!

My husband needed a doctor as he was suffering with Pharyngitus. The doctor was very kind and had the script my husband needed ready in their bag.

The call handler was fast, efficient, kind, calm they were perfect.

This is not he first time we have called and they have always been good to us.

I hope that your husband is now feeling better and I am very glad that NHS111 were able to get the care that he needed in a timely and efficient manner.
