(as a service user),

To be honest I found the service to impersonal, the questions appeared to be totally irrelevant and followed on a script. They take too long to get to the point where you say what’s actually wrong and I feel it’s just another layer of bureaucracy.

I was then referred to a doctor first then an ambulance 2nd whom were personal and professional.

The improvements which should take place on this service are the advice, this needs to be professional, I felt the person on the other end of the phone was not qualified to deal with my illness. I found the service unhelpful.
