"Outstanding help by off duty nurses."

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

(as the patient),

Good morning QEQM

Yesterday at around 4 O'clock I was violently sick in the disabled car park (St Peters Road) and two nurses in uniform came to my aid and expertly provided outstanding service in cleaning me up and recovering and cleaning my dentures.

I want to register my profound thanks to the nurses whose kind help enabled me to recover and eventually return to my home.

I do not know the identity of the nurses but I would like the hospital management to be aware of their spontaneous and highly professional assistance.

Please ask the hospital manager to communicate my grateful thanks and appreciation to the nurses for rescuing me from a serious attack of sickness and staying with me until I had fully recovered.

Yours truly
