What I liked

My relative is at present in your hospital undergoing critical care. I have found your staff of all grades to be caring, hard working and dedicated to the patients and families they care for. I can only say thankyou for the fantastic service they provide.

What could be improved

On a previous message it is mentioned about smoking outside the hospital, I am a non-smoker but I would request tolerance and understanding from others, people who smoke will rely more on the habit in stressful situations. Maybe a dedicated smoking shelter would help in this instance. Keep up the excellent work. Thank you, Christine.
