What I liked

The appearance is good and parking is easier.

What could be improved

I think the administration could be improved.

In January my appointment date was brought forward to the beginning of the month. I arrived to find that the old appointment had been cancelled but the new one had not been entered into the computer. I was however seen eventually.

In February I arrived for yet another revised appointment time, to be told that the hospital had cancelled my appointment - no reason given. I had had no communication and feel that a patient should be informed of a cancellation before the date of the appointment and not on arriving at reception to keep it. Another appointment was made for two months' time. Perhaps I will be lucky this time!!

The Trust has taken actions to ensure that appointments for patients are made available as soon as possible. We shall endeavour to contact patients to keep them informed of any changes made to appointments and would like to apologise for any errors made.
