i was in pain and been sick had trouble eating and the nurses hadnt put in the notes this i walked out and vomited all the way home and was in a lot of discomfort i had tremadol so dosed my self up with this it 2 weeks b4 i started to feel better night nurse taking your temp didnt roll it on yr forehead they smacked on yr head has scared me from coming in for further treatment and they did not have my notes neither as my other consultant had them overall frighten stiff of the place
