(as a relative),

Went to visit my 4yr old grand daughter. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Went about their job with a smile and gave time to explain.

The facilities to keep the little charges occupied were brilliant. The wards were clean and bright, very impressed!

Thank you for taking the time to praise Riverbank Ward and the staff. It is always lovely to hear positive feedback and reassuring for us to know that we are on the right track when caring for our young patients and their family. I will pass on your comments to the ward staff. I hope your grand daughter is making a speedy recovery.
