Anything else?
I had a proper laceration on my leg the night before I went to A&E - all staff were friendly and welcoming. I even got paracetamol while I was waiting. The wait wasn't that bad, friends said to bring a book so I was prepared. I felt reassured by the emergency doctor, who treated me kindly, and he was enthusiastic about doing some sutures - you don't see that every day! He also involved me in some of the decisions (i.e. where to get my tetanus jab), which was nice, but really I defer to what the doctor recommends. All in all, a great experience at the hospital, if ever there was one.
"Great stitches!"
