"childrens ward 8c"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Anything else?

My daughter was rushed in by ambulance after stopping breathing at home, she was quicklyseen by an a and e doctor who told us what she thought it, she was addmitted to 8c and stayed there for nearly 3 weeks with a confirmed case of whooping cough, this is what the very first doctor said in a and e 15 minutes after arrival I cannot praise the staff on the ward enough they were incredible with my daughter and myself at a very scary time, everyone on the ward were angels at the time and did everything they could for my baby I will always be grateful to them and couldnt of asked for more

Thanks for your comments. Hearing about positive experiences really motivates our staff, and helps us identify where we’re getting things right so we can share good practice across all of our services.
