"The nurse helpline has been a godsend"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

Sadly diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2012. My care has just been the best. It has involved a multi disciplinary team of Rheumatoid Consultant Dr Chikura, rheumatoid specialist nurses, occupational therapy and physiotherapy with lead specialists in the ot and physio departments. The nurse helpline has been a godsend, when advice needed and when in severe flare. This interaction between these departments shows when it works, it really does work well.

Dear Net - thank you for your posting - it was good to read how well the team have worked together in your care - they will be delighted to read this; especially Dr. Chikura and the nurses who run the helpline. Thank you again.
