"A very positive experience"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I was happy that extensive investigations were going to go underway to further diagnose and treat my skin condition.

However, I was disappointed that my GP did not refer me to a dermatologist before, I had to wait a period of 12 years suffering with my condition.

I felt a little rushed at my appointment but, overall, I was happy that I got a prompt appointment. I didn't have to wait as long as people I've known.

A very positive experience, could of done with a little extra time with the dermatologist.
