About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I saw my GP in late July and in August was contacted by the TRAQS team and offered an appointment in late August which was suitable for me. This is a really excellent service.

I attended the clinic and my problem was diagnosed and a prescription was given to me.

The consultant said that I would be sent a follow up appointment in four months to see if the treatment had worked.
