"Contacted well within the five days"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

The expected call from TRAQS was received 1 1/2 days after the GP referral appointment - well within the five days - very good.

A further call from the Specsavers Contact Centre was received 14 days later - just outside the 8-10 days advised by TRAQS, but an appointment was offered for the following day, at the requested location (Wellington).

The service provided by Specsavers at Wellington was excellent, tests carried out and hearing aids fitted under 2 hours.

TRAQS has been running for little over a year and I am pleased that your recent experience has left you with such a positive view of our service. I am also very pleased that you are so happy with the service provided by Specsavers.
