The expected call from TRAQS was received 1 1/2 days after the GP referral appointment - well within the five days - very good.
A further call from the Specsavers Contact Centre was received 14 days later - just outside the 8-10 days advised by TRAQS, but an appointment was offered for the following day, at the requested location (Wellington).
The service provided by Specsavers at Wellington was excellent, tests carried out and hearing aids fitted under 2 hours.
