"Thanks to everyone for the care and attention given during my stay"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

We would like to thank everyone for the care and attention given during my stay.

Thank you to the ambulance crew, the staff in A&E, M. A. U, I. C. U and Roborough Suite.

The care was 1st class from every department.
