The car parking could be improved vastly for both disabled and patients (outpatient clinics - needs more spaces) and more so for the excellent staff who have enough on with their nursing/doctoring duties without having to worry whether they are out of time and the hospital pocketing £300 a year parking fees are disgusting and unreasonable. More so when it goes to greedy people, instead of the research and hospital up keep.
Service and punctuality wasn't the hospitals fault, down to parking.
The cleanliness was very good, absolutely spotless - they deserve the praise. I think all the staff do an excellent job for the pay they get. Thankyou very much.
