"care despicable after being run down by a car"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Anything else?

the doctors and nurses were unfriendly uncaring not bothered not communications among themselves let alone us as the patient and family. they did not come to see me until after an hour and half had passed they did not cleans up all the cuts that i had over my arms, hands, face legs. they did not have any sympathy or empathy for me, the circumstances under which the injuries occurred or for my wife who was very emotional. it was as if they had a chip on their shoulder they had attitude and very very rude. i felt they didn't want to be there and i was taking up their time like they had better things to go and do then to see to me. i have immense respect for the doctors and nurses and the nursing assistants and the cleaners and personnel that work in hospitals because they are having lives everyday and they work long hours are underpaid and hugely under appreciated. However this hospital and its staff are exceptionally horrendous in the way they treat vulnerable patients. there was no communication or relationship between the doctors nurses reception staff. they all looked bored like they would prefer to be somewhere else. in this field of work it requires and caring empathetic sympathetic person who is doing this job because they love it they want to save lives and cure people and prolong life. i didnt feel like a single member of the staff had those basic values. sorry has to be said
