Only 2 Patients waiting and no triage in 90 mins. ..information sheet states will be awen in 15 mins. Service is 4th class.. no wonder fgh is always in the local press for all the wrong reasons

We’re sorry you were kept waiting during your visit to our A and E department. Although you may only see two patients waiting, we do not know when you visited. One reason for your delay may have been because the department may have been dealing with a life-threatening situation away from the area you were waiting, and therefore all staff were busy with that, or other serious cases.
