(as the patient),

I had a fall and scraped my knee, so I attended the walk-in centre.

I was expecting to get better as the weeks passed, but my knee is not better and is hurting all the time. I was given antibiotics, but I have that many pills to take I forgot to take them, which might be why my knee is not any better.

The staff all had very good attitudes and I have no complaints other than waiting for a while to be seen.
