I've found my health care experience has been very good, it's all explained to me what will and should happen so far, and I am very happy with it.

Waiting for results from tests I've had due found takes a few weeks when I'm told it should only take a week.

But on the whole I have found the experience very good.

Thank you for letting us know that your overall experience has been very good, but that we need to do more to speed up test results. We know that this can be a period of anxiety and are looking at ways to reduce unnecessary delay.
