"Pathaology & Antenatal care nightmare"

Due to thin of my hands, it is difficult to get the veins for taking the blood for tests. My midwife tried to take the blood and failed, and referred to the pathology Dept in hospital - Midwife pierced me once. I have given blood in pathology - pierced once. I have got a letter saying they misplaced my blood sample and come for the test again. Went again, whilst I was waiting on pathology, this time Antenatal care Dept lady came and picked me up for the blood tests although I'm next in the waiting number. She pierced me thrice - both shoulders and at the wrist to get the samples out. And she particularly knows this was taken out because of last time misplace. This is ridiculous bit, I have got a call this time after 4 days saying they have again misplaced my blood samples and come for the test again. They are pathetic excuse for the simple blood test. For single blood test they pierced me 5 times and it is continuing for how long? and they wasted my 2 weeks time. What rating would they expect for these both departments?
