Last Thursday I had an appointment for gastroscopy at 2:00 pm I waited until 6:00pm and then was sent home saying they had overrun. I subsequently discovered I was not booked in with the right person. Incompetence? I should say so. I doubt that anyone in management will be interested since they are too busy putting up notices saying how wonderful they are and showing photographs of people holing notices which say "Best" Whatever that might mean.
