I am 6 months pregnant and travelled from Cambridge with my husband who was going for a procedure in the day surgery unit. Even though the wait was long, I decided to wait in the waiting room for him. The staff were really friendly and smiley which makes a big difference. After a few hours the staff noticed that I became uncomfortable sitting on the waiting room chairs and they very kindly brought me a recliner chair out and a pillow. I did not expect such kindness and loveliness from a busy medical team, especially when I was not their patient to look after. They really are a lovely team! Thank you for making my wait a little more pleasant, you really made a difference and I hope it gets recognised!
