Anything else?
My hearing aids, upon which I have become rather dependant, developed a problem making them effectively unusable. The receptionist, over the 'phone, made a good deal of effort to give me an appointment within a few days, then to offer helpful and concise instructions on early morning parking, and the location of her department. The audiologist herself was punctual, pleasant, efficient, and, more to the point, fixed my errant devices within 25 minutes. My compliments to the Audiology Department.
