Thank you for all the staff on ESS during my stay this last week. Having had neurosurgery in London which developed an infection three consultants, two junior doctors and nurses had a steep leaning curve as to what I had had done! They say you learn something every day. Staff were professional and the hospital clean; my only criticism would be having to start IV anti biotics in the waiting room whilst waiting 6 hours for an assigned side room bed to be freed up on ESS....a treatment room would have been more appropriate.
