"Wonderful Maternity Care"

I was only a day off my due date when I had an unexpected bleed, having called in & been advised to come in I was treated wonderfully throughout given that the maternity unit was full to overflowing that night. I went into labour whilst in triage & was taken down to the delivery suite where I had the last available room, my husband & I were accompanied by 2 wonderful midwives one a student named Jo and the other who's name escapes me (apologies! )

1 hr 49 mins later (4 hrs in total including earlier stages of labour) we had a gorgeous 6lb 14oz baby girl. I was treated with dignity & patience throughout & I can't thank everyone at the hospital enough for their kindness & professionalism.
