Dear Sir, I recentlycame up to Scarborough to have a holidy, unfortunately I took poorly the first night at the Grand, but very fortunatley for me I ended up in your hospital. The A & E according to my wife, was as she said fantastic, proffessional, fast, caring I could go on and on. My case was difficult to say the least. Food poisoning. pneumonia, plus the added complaint of Addisons disease.

Again I was very fortunate to end up on Holly Ward. There are no words good enough to describe the care, attention and again sheer dedication, again I was fortunate to end up with a great Doctor looking after me.

From the bottom to the top, I have only praise of the highest order for your hospital.

My wife and I would be very pleased if you could pass on our heartfelt thanks. If I could clone the people that looked after me, I could solve the N.H.S. problems, yes they are that good.
