I attended Clinic 4 (Cardiology) for some tests and all the staff, from Receptionists to the Nurse Specialists and the person who performed the echocardiogram, were really friendly and very helpful. I needed my results as soon as possible as I was unable to arrange travel insurance for my forthcoming trip abroad as I had "an undiagnosed condition". A member of staff, who I think is a Nurse Specialist, was extremely helpful. She contacted the Consultant's secretary and arranged for all my results to be fast tracked and reviewed by the Consultant urgently so that I could proceed with arranging the travel insurance. I telephoned the secretary this week as suggested and she was very helpful and courteous and telephoned me back the following day when she had typed my letter. All of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and have made a real difference. I did not ask for special attention but definitely received it and I am very grateful to everyone involved.
