i visited the ED of Medway one evening this week when my little girl has her earring embedded due to infection . The service could noit have been better , from the receptionists to the doctors . We felf that we were important and every stage was explained to us . The other parents waiting there with their children were of the same opinion and we were all seen promptly and in excellent surroundings.

Thank you for the recent feedback about the positive experience in the childrens area of the A and E department. I was pleased to read that the staff kept you informed at every stage of your daughters treatment and that you were made to feel important.

It was also reassuring to read that the other parents were of the same opinion.
