At the end of July, I underwent a minor operation in the Elective Care Centre at Colchester General Hospital. From the moment of admittance to the time of discharge, I was impressed by everything experienced during those three days. It pains me to see so much negative publicity in the media regarding the NHS when your organisation works so hard to provide the very best service possible. My wife and I offer our praise to every aspect of the several visits made to Colchester General Hospital from helpful staff, kind nurses, caring sisiters, courteous voluntary wotkers to painstaking doctors and consultants. I wish to say how grateful I am for the great service provided at the Elective Care Centre and offer you all my heartfelt thanks..
