What I liked

Choosing & booking an appointment is a complete farce. I have to book an appointment for my son. I have been given a choice of 5 doctors by my GP. OK so far. Now what do I base my choice on. The website gives me no evidence, no mini cv or anything. The whole idea is great in concept but as far as I can see totally useless because it has not been thought through from the patient point of view.

What could be improved

Put a mini cv of the doctor on your website so the patient can make basic decisions such as male/female, do I like what they say about themselves and how they present their cv etc. Without such basic information choose & book is meaningless.
