Anything else?
I had a colposcopy a couple of months ago - quite an intrusive procedure, but the two nurses I saw were professional, friendly and caring. They did their best to put me at ease. They also went through the images from the colposcopy straight after with me and were very clear in explaining the whole procedure and would was going to happen next. My only (very minor) criticism was I wasn't warned about possiblity of the subsequent period-type-pain I had afterwards. I wasn't sure if this was normal, and ended up going on NHS Choices and found that it was.
