What I liked

I registered to have a baby at Harrogate hospital and found the service and staff efficiency to be exemplary. I wanted to breastfeed after the birth and the staff in the Pannal Ward were so good at keeping me on track (as at one point I was ready to give up in a moment of madness) Thank you for all your help of keeping me going, very professional.

What could be improved

It is very pleasing to hear that you had such a positive experience at the hopsital - we do pride ourselves on our record for encouraging breastfeeding as it is so good for baby and for mum and baby to bond. We hold the UNICEF Baby Friendly accrediation as a result of this work, which is an acoclade we are very proud of.
