My daughter had a midle ear operation on 24/07/2013. The care we received was very good throughout our stay at the hospital. Any staff we came in contact with, were both professional, but also very friendly. A special thanks to the theatre staff - amazing care and kindness shown both before and after the operation. This was a very worrying time for us, however they made us feel much better about the whole operation. The ward did seem very busy, however nurses gave continual good care, and were happy to answer any of our questions. I cannot praise the care we received enough and feel anyone we came into contact with is doing a fantastic job - Well done!!
