I attended the West Cornwall Surgical Unit for a day visit to have a laparoscopic cholesystectomy (gallbladder removal using keyhole surgery). I cannot praise too highly all the staff (from the cleaner to the consultant) I encountered during my stay. They were professional and efficient whilst also being caring and attentive. Sincere thanks to all of them for making a surgical procedure as pleasant as it possibly could be.
