"poor attitude, lack of information, wrong..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Anything else?

attended pain clinic for injection. waited hours only to discover that consultant planned a procedure that was of little use and did not address the problems that existed and which I thought I was there for. He became aggressive when trying to get an answer and used threat of referring back to GP rather than consultant. This will result in loss of consultant appointments and is obviously a punitive tactic. No pre-assessment for which the consultant blamed me. No bed present on arrival - one was brought from elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating and infuriating experience. Only two seats suitable for disabled people in the whole of the waiting area. I would not recommend Whipps Cross Hospital. Everything from administration to consultants needs a damned good shakeup.
