i attended the leicester royal on august the 27th i was given a prescription by the e.n.t doctor took it to the pharmacy at the royal where i had to wait nearly 40 minutes for my prescription the staff at the pharmacy were very rude and unhelpful to wards me appalling service!!!!!!!
