i recently had to go to maidstone hospital to have a procedure done on my back. The surgeon was very pleasent and made me feel at ease, he treated me more like a family member and not as a patient, just talking in general about everyday things which real helps you take your mind off what is really going on. He also tells you everthing what is happening and not once ignored me as if i was a piece of meat waiting to be chop up (so to speak. The staff before and after care is absolutly superb again they talk to you never ignoring you when ever they walk passed and making sure you are ok.
