I was sent to the JR by my GP surgery following a problem with my eyes. I arrived late, but was still seen by a nurse within 5 minutes or so, and then by a doctor after 30 minutes. The doctor was friendly but efficient, and diagnosed the problem after a brief examination. I now understand the problem, and have some eyedrops to treat it. Facilities were clean, modern and gave me a lot of confidence. Staff, doctors and nurses were friendly, helpful and work quickly and professionally.
