Following heart problems, I was referred recently by my GP to the RAMAC at University Hospital, Durham. I cannot praise adequately the service offered by this unit. All members of staff were welcoming, reassuring, efficient and at all times highly professional. Tests were carried out and results reported and acted upon promptly. It is very obviously an extremely well led clinic. The speed of service it offers helps alleviate patients' anxiety and obviates the need for repeated hospital visits. My thanks to all involved in the RAMAC and supporting departments for my excellent treatment.
