I've never stayed in a hospital before so wasn't really sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention I received. At every step of my treatment, from admission, operation, recovery, discharge and after care the service has been exemplary. The Nursing team are wonderful, they made sure I knew what was going to happen next and took time to explain my treatment and answer any questions I had. Although busy, they took time to reassure me and have a laugh and a joke. The room was clean and fresh, with everything I needed, fantastic shower. I didn't eat much due to the procedure I had but was offered drinks throughout the day and it was made clear that if I wanted anything I only had to ask.
