I am a professional black woman, who has seen, supported and worked with other black people with mental health problems. Little did I know that for the 2nd time in my life it would come knocking on my door.
My employer / line manager does not understand mental health problems. So I feel quite isolated.
A 'big up' to Inclusion Matters Liverpool who are there for me. To anyone out there don't be afraid ask your Dr to be referred. Honestly, no one will judge you.
