i visited the urology department at the glodwick health center on the 22nd august, my appointment time was 9.36am I don't know what the problem was, but I didn't get to se the consultant until 10.30 am which I feel is unacceptable nobody informed us of any delays which I think they should have the courtesy to let us know, this is not the first time this has happened the last time my appointment was 4.55pm I actually didn't get in until 5.40pm again not acceptable, they always say arrive a little bit early for your appointment, how would they feel if I was to turn up late I bet the would not be to pleased in fact I bet I would be turned away, I will be glad when I am finished with this department, I must point out one good thing about the appointment I was treated very well and with courtesy.
