Assessment within the pain management team. Very poor and often facts not taken into account. Often treated protocol promised but not forthcoming and always made to feel an element of doubt with often mixed or wrong information interpreted to suit guidelines or budgets. And consultants who just think they are somewhat superior to oneself and arrogant. Not the first time this has happened to me via this clinic. Felt so belittled.
