My father has alzeimers had his op at 3pm , the next day we received a phone call from the hospital at 1.30 the next day asking if he was home ?the nurses hadn't seen hin since 10am ,police found him 5 minuets away from ossett ,he had walked all that way we got him back about 4 pm , this is not the first time for the hospital to have complaints of this nature , clearly lessons are never learned
