Anything else?
I came in on a bank holiday weekend with food poisoning. I was directed to the emergency services area. The man who checked me in was rude and unprofessional. I have an american accent, but am british as well, he gave the impession he didnt approve of my being there. Later I overheard him and the other woman behind the desk saying that I was wasting everyone's time and wasn't hurt enough to be treated, and that I was wasting their time! I was seen by the first nurse after about an hour of being sick in the bathroom. She gave me two pills and a paracetamol. Then was told to sit in the waiting room to see if I felt better, and was not checked on again. So I left, still feeling unwell but needing lay down. I would suggest going to boots if you have food poisoning, as they are quicker, nicer, and much more polite! The hospital itself could do with a good cleaning, mainly in the corners of the rooms and hallways as the grime and dust is visible. Maybe the rest of the hospital is nicer, but from what I saw I am not impressed, at least it was free.
