My son fell off his scooter and ended up with a deep cut across his knee. I was dreading having to go to A&E because I thought the clinic may close at 5pm but thank fully it was 6pm. We Got to the clinic within half an hour and were seen within. 5 minutes of arriving. Both the reception staff and the HCA and nurse who dealt with us were fantastic. This was my second visit to the clinic and both experiences were the same, I hope I don't have to visit again, but if I do, I won't dread it!
