This is to thank all the hospital staff for the exemplary care & attention which I received following a walking accident in the Lake district on 11 August. In particular, the immediate & rapid treatment by the A&E Services to identify and carry out the appropriate treatment was brilliant. The very sympathetic aftercare by the nursing staff of Beech C ward was excellent, and I was very impressed by the continual attention to hygiene and cleanliness. The facial surgery team did a great job - and my scars are barely visible now. Many thanks to all.
