Having previously praised this hospital I am now shocked at it's patheticness. I know it is open weekends and has a receptionist so why does the phone not get picked up. Been trying for 97 minutes. Comical

Dear Les, We apologise that you were unable to contact one of our receptionists when you attempted to call us in august, we are unsure as to why in this instance, you have been unable to get in touch and hope that you have since managed to get through. Thank you for taking the trouble to provide us with your comments and we will ensure this is shared with the reception staff so that we can ensure it does not happen again.
